MyDigipal Academy is a self-paced professional online course. It opens a personal area containing the written lessons, the published videos, the quizzes, the interactive workshops, the prompt library and the use cases of the path purchased.

The programme is published module by module. The sales page states, at any moment, how many lessons are online and how many videos have been published: that stated position is what the order is based on, not a promise of content to come.

The Complete and Executive tiers include a number of exercise reviews by a trainer, as stated on the sales page. Executive also includes individual video calls, to be scheduled within six months of purchase.

Prices are shown on the sales page: inclusive of VAT for individuals, exclusive of VAT for businesses, with an explicit toggle between the two.

VAT is charged at the rate of the buyer’s country of residence and remitted through the EU One Stop Shop. A business established in the European Union that provides a valid intra-community VAT number is invoiced without VAT, under the reverse charge.

An invoice is issued for every order and sent by email.

Orders are placed online. Card payments are handled by our provider Revolut: no card details pass through or are stored on our servers.

The order is firm once payment is confirmed. Access is then created automatically and the credentials are sent to the email address given at checkout.

If payment fails or stays pending, no access is opened and nothing is owed.

Access to the purchased programme is permanent: there is no subscription and nothing to renew in order to keep reading what was bought.

Modules and lessons published during the twelve months following the purchase are included at no extra cost. After that period, access to the existing content remains; new modules published later may be offered separately.

Access is personal and named. Sharing an account, passing on credentials, copying or redistributing the content to third parties is not permitted and may lead to access being suspended without refund.

The content is digital and supplied immediately after payment. By ticking the box at checkout, the buyer expressly requests immediate performance of the contract and acknowledges losing the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal, in line with the rules applying to the supply of digital content.

Separately from that rule, MyDigipal Ltd grants a commercial guarantee: for fourteen days from the purchase, the order is refunded in full on request sent to academy@mydigipal.com, provided that less than 30% of the path has been viewed. The progress recorded in the personal area is what that figure is based on.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen days of agreement, and access is closed.

All content (texts, diagrams, videos, prompts, exercises, trade marks and logos) remains the property of MyDigipal Ltd. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use.

Buyers may freely use the prompts and methods taught in their own work, including on behalf of their employer or their clients. What is not permitted is redistributing the material itself: republishing the lessons, reselling them, folding them into a competing course, or using them to train third parties for a fee.

The service is provided with professional care, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or through a technical provider.

A lasting interruption attributable to MyDigipal Ltd gives a right to a pro-rata refund on request.

The course teaches a way of working. Results depend on how it is applied, on the professional context and on the tools used, which are supplied by third parties and evolve independently of us: no commercial or operational result is guaranteed.

Content produced by an artificial intelligence tool must be checked before any professional use, which the course teaches explicitly. MyDigipal Ltd cannot be held liable for the use made of content produced by those tools.

Where a breach is established, the liability of MyDigipal Ltd is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. That limit does not apply in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or where the law does not allow it.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Any complaint can be sent to academy@mydigipal.com. We undertake to reply within five working days.

These terms are governed by English law. A consumer buyer keeps the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
